The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. Those present were Brian, Tina, Larry, Bill, Luke, Ann, Don, Skip, Johann, Mike and Dawn.

WHO DUN IT –

There were 70 visitors.  After expenses, total profits were $263.61.  

CIVIL WAR DAYS –

Scott Keller needs a 50-amp outlet for the food truck.  
Scavenger Hunt – handled by Robert Schwandt (?)
Display in house – Civil War relics from SWC Historical Society and our letters

HARVEST FAIR –

The Genealogical Group will be doing the food.  Johann will be doing the Barn; we need someone in the school.  Francine will be in the House.  Larry will be in the Bunkhouse.  John Berg will be the Blacksmith.  Luke’s girls will do the garden.  A teacher needs to be in the school at 12:30 p.m.

FORAGING CLASS – We don’t know who has signed up yet.

SCHOOL GROUPS – Luke

SPIRIT WALK –

Dawn will do the tickets.  Luke will be the Troll.  Tina can be Rear Guide.  Bill is also able to help.  

FENCING AT HPB –

This will be an Eagle Scout Project starting on August 30.  This will be done along Wakely Road

GRANTS – Tina applied for a $17,000 CEED grant from Wood County.
